$69 ded. server from iWeb: good deal?

For three years, I’ve had my site on a dedicated server from ValueWeb; it’s $59/month for a 1.7GHz processor, 512GB of RAM, and an 80GB hard drive.
I just saw a deal on iWeb.com that’s $69 for a 2.4GHz Celeron processor with 1GB of RAM and a 320GB drive. It seems like a pretty good deal to me; anyone else want to chime in?
Also, they have the option to pay $5 extra per month (so, $74) for a Pentium 4 instead of a Celeron (same GHz); is it worth it?
