Providers who offer more than 2 drives per server

Hello,

It seems a lot of providers have a max of 2 drives per server and those who offer more than 2 drives impose large upgrade fee’s despite the fact the price of harddrives has drastically declined. I don’t want to pay $40 a month for each 750gb drive when the price of buying a 750gb outright is around $70.

We are looking for:
Intel Q6600 (or better)
8GB RAM
4 x 750GB
100mbit port
5TB bandwidth

Europe or USA.

I’ve been searching around for a while now.
