The first time I asked for IPs from DV2 it took 2 weeks and a letter telling how I needed them. The second time it took 4 days. The third time it took over a month and a few emails to finally be told they didn’t have any. I’m still awaiting some IPs I requested last week. Hopefully soon. Also, I thought I got 8 usable but have only been getting 4 with a new server lately.
Other than IPs and billing problems I have had great tech support from DV2. I’ve learned to just pay and tell the techs rather than go through billing about it. Sometimes upgrades take a little longer than I’d like but I can understand them needing to order parts, IE: for a Dual Processor.
I have mixed feelings about this company but the price and tech support are awesome.
