The network must meet these requirements:
* All traffic for the allocated range(s) must route to a single ETH0 interface on the server itself. Virtual interfaces for each IP address are not acceptable. (for example eth0:1 eth0:2)
*No NAT or firewall must be in place. This includes disabling Deep Packet Inspection on any CISCO devices. Server will have IP Tables firewall enabled.
*If the server is to be located inside the allocated range, the server must use the first available IP address. Usually x.x.x.2
