I have a server with Gigenet and have had excellent support for a few years now. However, this morning my server went offline.
I got an email from the server monitor and it seems it went offline 8pm (EST) last night. I logged a critical support call at 4am EST and waited… and waited… nothing. I updated it after an hour asking what is happening… noting.. another hour has gone by, so 2 hours after a CRITICAL call was logged, not even the call was updated!
I tried calling their support line but got some guys answerphone.
Does anyone know what is happening there? Have they gone out of business? Is there another way to contact them?
My customers are going nuts at me (understandably!). This could cost me big time…. it’s not the down time that is so bad, butthe lack of communication. I have nothing to tell my customers.
