Dedicated server with these specs

Hello,

I am in search of a reliable provider who mans their NOC/data center 24/7 for anything that may happen and need to be fixed / looked into. I am not asking for full management just someone who will be there when i send in an email.

I would like something like this:

Dual/quad, quad core server
32Gb Ram +
500Gb – 1Tb Drives
2-3000Gb Bandwidth
30+ IP’s

This server will be used for VMware dedicated servers and or citrix xen servers. My budget is around $300-600/m

Is anyone able to point me in the right direction on where to find such a thing?
